          I have been inspired by many talented artists to peruse graphic design as a career. One of my biggest inspirations in the field of art is Derek Riggs (the cover artist for every Iron Maiden album). I was in middle school the first time I saw the cover of Number of the Beast and it fascinated me more than any other cover I had ever seen. As I discovered more covers, I would analyst them thoroughly and look for details, as if they were fine art in a gallery. As an artist I can appreciate the talent and effort that goes into creating these covers and I love them as much as the music they accompany, maybe even a bit more.
